A statement regarding the Coronavirus outbreak

Following on from the latest UK Government announcement, and in line with our contingency plans, we will now put our company into immediate hibernation to help fight the progress of Covid-19

Our number one priority is the health and well-being of our employees, customers and our wider communities, and we want everyone to be in the best position they can to help come through this difficult period.

I am incredibly grateful to our employees who have been working hard to deliver our products and services until today. Now is the time that they should stay at home and look after their loved ones where they can.

With our responsibility to protect and help each other I do hope that with making these choices we will help keep this period of disruption to a minimum.

Over the last few weeks, our customers have become extremely concerned about what the future holds for each of their businesses. I want you to know that we are here as a partner to help you where we can.

Please get in touch should you have any question, for whatever reason. We will also be sending out support communication and industry news to help and give guidance throughout this difficult time.

We will continue to update you through our website, social media channels and email alerts, but in the meantime, we thank you for your continued support and custom.

Our ordering systems are online 24/7 to receive any orders which you may have, and we will process these on our return after this hibernation period.

Our Customer Services are available during normal working hours via email.

Whatever form recovery takes, we are committed to working with the entire industry to come back stronger than ever.

Take care of each other in these difficult times, we look forward to doing business with you again as soon as it is safe for us to reopen.
