With just 10 weeks to go until Christmas, it’s time to announce the cut-off dates for orders with Loxley Colour. Make sure you get products to clients in plenty of time for the holidays with our handy cut-off dates guide.
Important order deadlines
For deliveries to Ireland and other EU countries, please allow an extra two working days before these dates when placing orders. This assures that overseas deliveries arrive on time.
To avoid any disappointment, orders should be placed before 5.30pm on the designated cut-off day.
Time-critical orders
We recommend selecting our courier delivery service with DPD during the festive period as there will be a substantially larger volume of general post in December. DPD’s Predict Service gives you a one-hour delivery window, making it easier for you to organise your day and plan ahead.
Service times during Christmas
If you order a product after the listed dates above it will still be processed, but we cannot guarantee you will receive it in time for Christmas.
Due to the high demand for products during the holiday season, selected service times may be subject to delays. Rest assured, if this is the case, our Customer Service team will be in touch to notify you.
Festive opening times
Our lab, showroom and offices will close on Friday 22nd December at 12pm and will reopen for business as usual at 8.30am on Wednesday 3rd January.
